The most important thing about a move is that the movers show up on time and wrapp everything fast and good. I got that and more from this guys. I got free wrapping paper for my glass and a few free boxes that I needed for some furniture I took apart. I also didn't got any hidden fees when they bill came, I paid exactly what the quote was. This company was very professional and honest about the entire process ! I was amazed on how fast and well they wrapped everything, after a long day of moving I was very satisfied with them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! My friend hired them to move a very expensive bath tub and got insurance on the move. They broke the tub, would not follow through with the claim and now are not returning phone calls/emails. Now, he is taking legal action. I have tried to call and email them several times with no response. I don't believe this is a legitimate moving company. I believe many of these reviews are made up by the company itself. They have no physical address. Their website takes you around in circles. I'm contacting 9 News to investigate.

Altitude movers were great. The lady that booked my move was very nice and explained what size of crew and truck I would need. I told her I was on a budget and didn't have much. I needed moved mostly big stuff. She set me up with a two man crew and their smallest truck. The movers were fast and they made sure everything was protected and packed right. All of my furniture made it with no damages. And it wasn't bad on my wallet either. So I would recommend them to anyone.

I was thrilled with this company.

I was getting some renovations done, and hired them to move some furniture to storage. The day of the move, I have to admit, I wasn't ready for them. The guys didn't mind, and joked around while helping me get things ready to move.

When we got to my storage, they had to rearrange the unit to fit my furniture in. They did it without complaint and managed to do it without damaging anything.

Altitude is definitely worth hiring.

I recently hired Altitude Movers to help me unload my truck after driving from Virginia to Colorado. I was nervous at first, thanks to a poor experience with movers in the past, Altitude changed my opinion of movers in general.
I had called and scheduled while I was on the road out here, and I was immediately impressed with how they were able to work with my schedule on admittedly short notice. I was even more impressed on the day that I had hired them for when the guys I had hired called earlier than I was expecting to see if they could get started early. Of course I said yes.
When they showed up, both of them were incredibly polite, they worked fast, even in the killer heat that day, and most importantly, they were careful. They didn't cut any corners while moving my stuff, and managed to get an exceptionally heavy antique wardrobe of mine up the stairs without a single scratch on it.
All in all, I found I got excellent value for my money with Altitude, and would not only hire them again for my next move, but recommend them to any of my friends who are looking to move as well.

I was dreading my move over this past weekend, even though it wasn't a huge distance. I had hired movers in the past and it was a disaster, so imagine my surprise when Altitude came by and blew my expectations out of the water.

First off, they called me about an hour and a half earlier then I was expecting, telling me that they finished their first job of the day early and asked if I wanted them to get started early.

When they got there, it was a couple of younger guys, who I have to commend on their politeness. They worked fast and took great care of my furniture. When they unloaded the truck went even better.

Overall, a great experience.

I had past experiences when it comes to moving services in which it is due to my work. I know how hard it is to move stuff because I have done it before on my own but then decided to hire a professional service. Somehow this company, Altitude Movers, excelled in many areas. From their quotes, packing and moving, to the movers themselves.. everything was done professionally. I have never experience such amazing service like the ones they have given and this is why I have no doubts of recommending them to others.

First off, Joshua is the owner who has terrible communication and doesn’t return calls or emails. When I first called, he didn’t even ask the amount of rooms, square footage, or type of items that are being moved. The workers not only took breaks after 30 minutes and the job is an hourly job of $199 per hour! Tools were supposed to be provided to take apart my bed they didn’t even have the proper tools to take apart my king bed, which since they were hourly and going slow I unboxed my tools and took apart the bed myself. As you can see by the picture below I got damage to a door from the workers not taking apart a table in the basement which all they had to do is take the legs apart but caused damage. I called Joshua asking how to resolve the damage and all that was said is that he’d take care of it.i explained the urgency of getting it fixed as I was selling my home the following Friday and ensured it’d be fixed. Called over and over and over with excuses of being busy or car breaking down and not picking up his phone! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A RIP OFF! DAMAGE YOUR THINGS WITH NO RESOLUTION!! SCAMMERS!!

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $1900

I scheduled a move with Altitude Movers based on the reviews I read that seemed favorable. I had a terrible experience. They gave me an arrival window for the moving day. They called during that time frame to let me know they were running behind (which I appreciated). I called back about an hour later to see how things were going and didn't get an answer. As it got later and later in the day I realized they weren't coming and had no communication from them (they wouldn't answer my calls). This left me completely stranded with all of my stuff on a Sunday night. I had to be out of my apartment the following morning. I emailed and left multiple messages and didn't hear a peep from them until the following Monday evening. I have asked to speak with the owner or a manager and that has never happened. The way they dealt with the situation was ridiculous. The move happened over a month ago and they are supposed to be sending me a gift card for dinner as an apology and I have yet to see anything. I think they just told me they were sending it so I would get out of their hair. Bottom line, I would be very wary of using this company.

Movers beware, I called around several moving companies to get an idea of pricing and to find an accredited company that would be on time, careful and honest. Well, if you are looking for honesty go somewhere else. This company will charge you for extra hours and not provide you with a receipt at the end of the job. This makes it very hard to prove their dishonesty. I booked with Altitude and they were a bit late and the movers had lunch during the job. At the end of the job I was billed a specific number of hours, which was agreed to and signed. About a week or two later I get a bill for more hours than I had originally signed for. Basically this is fraud to alter a signed document like this but the problem is they have you sign a movers phone digitally and do not provide you with any receipt until they decide what they want to bill you. I would look in every other direction than here if you want to be billed properly and deal with an honest company. I have spoken with several people at Altitude Movers to no avail. At first they acted like they were going to make a correction/reimbursement but after repeated calls back the people there have just ignored me. Again, go somewhere else as they will decide whatever hours the want to bill you and you will have no way to dispute this as they do not provide you with a receipt of any kind at the end of the job.

This was by far the worst company I have ever worked with. They do not answer the phone, they do not answer emails and they are incompetent liars. They did not honor their window and showed up extremely late and unprepared to work. They also tried to double the quoted price. They could not handle moving 6 large items a few miles down Wadsworth. Do not waste your time with these unethical clowns. They are not BBB accredited. If you are dumb enough to hire these idiots expect double everything. Double the window they give you, double the quote they give you and expect double the excuses from them when they ruin your day and waste your time. There is NO reason to hire these unethical [EDIT]. They will waste your time and money and they could care less. There are way to many other moving companies. Read the BBB complaints and all the other bad reviews and STAY AWAY!!

Trying to get to the move to even happen was a difficult endeavor. We scheduled it. No big deal. Then they called to say that they overbooked and would give me a discount to change the move date. I agreed. On the day of the move their dispatch team incorrectly booked me for 2 movers and no truck. When I called to explain the issue, the dispatch person angrily told me that I scheduled it wrong and it was my fault. I finally got through to someone who explained that the dispatcher was wrong and they rescheduled my move again. I took off work over 12 hours for their mistakes.

The move went fine (the movers told me the office overbooked everyone so they brought extra workers to get their schedule back on task) until I saw the bill. I was quoted $X per hour and was charged $Y per hour. I have the hourly rate we agreed to in writing so I called the moving company. They were pretty curt with me and told me tough luck, be happy with the price, we're giving you a good deal, yada yada. I went to their website and was able to print my invoice on different days. All of them had different amounts, random discounts, conflicting information, etc. I tried disputing it through my credit card company but they couldn't help me as the "final bill was paid correctly" even though I spent a few hours explaining that the hourly charges didn't add up correctly. When that didn't work, I opened a complaint with the BBB. That's when the moving company got nasty.

I received an email from the moving company that they "received notice of your chargeback today" which is odd since there was no chargeback. They claim that I am in breach of the terms and conditions (which I still have never seen) since I am not following their "rules of binding arbitration." They also said that "given your outstanding BBB complaint and chargeback, you are forfeiting all discounts, promotions, etc" and will double my bill and send it to a collection company.

This company THREATENED me over a bad review with the BBB. In Colorado trying to charge a citizen for a bad review would put them in violation of the anti-SLAPP laws (House Bill 19-13242). Please know that this company will try to lie to you, deceive you, and overcharge you.

By the way I've seen them try to call other customers liars in their reviews. Please let me know if you would like copies of the emails they sent threatening to charge me more for a bad review.
